Although the members of the RNA are in a public environment, we have adopted the following policy in regards to solicitation of our neighborhood. This policy is to affect safety and privacy within the boundaries of the Ridglea North Association, Inc.

 There is to be no solicitation allowed within the boundaries of the Ridglea North Association without the prior written consent of the RNA Executive Board. This written approval must be obtained 30 days prior to the act of solicitation.

 The only types of solicitation that will be authorized are ones that the Executive Board deems to provide a service to the members and residents of the RNA boundaries and/ or will have a positive impact on the safety or life of the residents within these boundaries.

 Signs will be posted on the four corners of the boundaries as official posting of our intent to exercise our right to refuse solicitation. All applicants for solicitation will be required to obtain proper permits from the City of Fort Worth before they will be considered.
