The RNA meets the 1st Thursday of the month at Mary Louise Phillips Elementary School. We meet at least once each quarter. Our fiscal year is July 1 - June 30. All meetings start at 7:00pm and are open to anyone. Only RNA members will be allowed to address the meeting or participate in the voting process.

Executive Board Meetings

The Executive Board typically meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm. These meetings are open to the public if you would like to attend. However, to address the Executive Board, you must first get placed on the agenda. To do so, contact the President at least 7 days prior to the meeting.

Minutes of Executive Board Meetings

Minutes of all of our meetings as well as treasurer's reports are kept on file and are available to any member of the RNA by request to the President.
